1. Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

Items on sale or customized products may not be eligible for returns (unless they arrive damaged)

2. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment

3. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with a photo of the product and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you
